    As a graduate trainee you will partake in 4 different rotations across the group (the main location could be in any of our entities), to gain wide exposure to the different business functions and the core work of the bank.

    The main purpose of being a graduate is to develop key skills and experiences across the bank by working on strategic and business critical projects and activities in each rotation. This will help you gain an understanding of where your strengths and interests are best suited to, with the goal of identifying where you would fit within the bank longer term.

    Key accountabilities

    • Report to different managers in each of the 4 rotations, including regular meetings, objective setting and performance reviews during each project rotation
    • Have the opportunity to undertake a professional qualification as may be appropriate for your chosen career path
    • Work on umbrella projects with other graduates across the 2 years in an agile and flexible manner as the projects require
    • Support recruiting activities for the following year’s interns and graduates, including buddying new joiners and supporting induction activities
    • Get involved in Diversity and Inclusion projects, including becoming part of some working groups if of interest
    • Analyse and interpret complex problems and find innovative solutions
    • Collaborate with colleagues across the group
    • Perform tasks quickly and efficiently, asking for help when needed
    • Meet deadlines and aim to deliver to a high quality standard all work undertaken
    • Carry out any other duty as may reasonably be required in the 2 years

    About you

    Knowledge and experience

    • Degree educated, preferably with a Masters level of education, or equivalent work experience
    • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, ideally with some technical data or statistical analysis skills
    • Interest in the financial sector, specifically wealth management and the work of our bank
    • Proven ability to interact and communicate with all levels of an organisation in an effective manner

    Technical skills

    • Strong knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Experience of Data analytics and statistical analysis packaged beneficial

    Languages skills

    • Fluent in English, any additional European language advantageous
