This is a project Manager role responsible for planning, organising and coordinating activity around our EMEA Graduate Programme.
The role requires someone who is creative and can identify, create manage and deliver digital content using a range of techniques across channels including websites, social media and webinars.
Key Duties
- Plan and project manage the delivery of graduates within the EMEA Professional Services team.
- Manage expectations and track risks and benefits.
- Key areas of responsibility include:
- Graduate and Programme management;
- Onboaring new hires for the graduate programme.
- Participation and presentation of awards, development and managing graduate communications ensuring relevant information is circulated to internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Manage the curation of the graduate training programme and other matrerials, including copywriting and content design, in accordance with Rackspaces brand guidelines.
Onboarding of Graduates
- Plan and coordinate day one activities for all new hires
- Assign a buddy or mentor to the new hire
- Order technology equipment and software
- Order appropriate access keys/security cards
- Set up their systems in advance and prepare the new work area and office space and equip with supplies
- Arrange for access to shared drives
- Add new hires to relevant email lists
Programme Management
- Hold regular check-in meetings and evaluate graduate progress against agreed objectives
- Check engagement levels, how are the new hires getting along with the rest of the team and whether they are enjoying their work
- Assess and action training needs as per programme objectives
- Gather regular feedback from line managers
- Share news about new starters with the broader business
- Provide regular grad programme status report
