    We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate to join our Talent Acquisition team on an on-going temporary basis supporting our Recruiters with their interview scheduling and other administrative tasks. You would be working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, part of a collaborative and high performing team and would work closely with Hiring Managers and candidates as you support our team of Recruiters in providing a 1st class candidate experience.

    Previous work experience is not required as we will provide you with all the required training, you just need to be a great communicator, who is organised and committed to providing great customer service. This on-going assignment would give you great insight into both our Talent Acquisition and HR functions if these are areas of interest career wise.

    Key accountabilities

    • Uses Outlook to coordinate interviews with multiple interviewers, locations and time preferences
    • Schedules on-site, telephone and web interviews often involving complex and changing calendars
    • Sends accurate and timely interview confirmations to candidates including all required information for the interview
    • Liaises with Hiring Managers on availability for any interviews that need to be scheduled
    • Manages logistics of interview process, including travel arrangements.  Manages expense reimbursement for the candidate ensuring they are kept up to date throughout the process
    • Ensures that the ATS is kept up to date by moving candidates through the workflow to the correct status and uploading interview feedback when required
    • Ensures an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication 
    • Co-ordinates Recruitment events:  As required, ensures the effective management and coordination of recruiting events both internal and external to Rackspace.  Room bookings, attendee list etc

    Key requirements

    • Previous experience in an administrative, co-ordinator role advantageous but not essential
    • Highly organised with strong time management skills and attention to detail
    • Solution orientated, able to overcome obstacles and solve problems
    • Strong team player, who collaborates well and is active participant on the team
    • Strong communication skills, written and interpersonal and has the confidence to liaise up to Director level
    • Demonstrates initiative
    • Drive to succeed and commits to task
    • Flexible and adaptable to fast changing environments
