    The Role

    The role of Graduate Commercial Analyst is really important to us. You will be responsible for provide financial, commercial and analytical support to all entities of the Radius Insurance Group, including the development of performance reporting, designed to provide key stakeholders with appropriate insight to make informed business decisions.

    We would love to welcome you to our Crewe Head Office location. You’ll report into the Head of Commercial on a day-to-day basis, whilst supporting the wider Commercial Finance Insurance team.

    What would your day to day look like?

    • Delivery of regular reporting to agreed timescales
    • Development of existing reporting and KPI suite to ensure this stays relevant
    • Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders across the business – Group Finance, Accounting & Financial Control, Commercial Finance, Sales & Marketing
    • Calculation and development of commission schemes
    • Entity specific commercial analysis
    • Preparation of monthly trading packs and consolidation of month end performance

    What do we expect of you?

    • Degree level education, preferably mathematical, statistical, finance or economics or same via experience
    • Good technical skills with basic knowledge and experience use of MS Excel, or reporting suites (Tableau, Cognos etc)
    • Curious, data-driven thinker
    • Personable, approachable, and dynamic, reliable worker
    • Show an impressive attitude and not only take full responsibility for their duties but are enthusiastic to take on new challenges which will develop their own career
