    Job Purpose

    The role of Graduate Fraud Analyst is really important to us. You will be responsible for supporting the business’s Fraud prevention strategy, through consistent and accurate data analysis and reporting. Additional activity will be the support of ongoing Transaction Queries.

    We would love to welcome you to our Crewe HQ office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

    Your responsibilities day to day will be:

    • Complete and distribute weekly / monthly reports to map trends and volumes to the management team in relation to fraud and transactional queries.
    • Working alongside the Head of ESG to design and implement appropriate fraud prevention education, learning and communication for employees.
    • Working with the Head of ESG actively seeking to identify new trends, fraudulent activity or risks to the business to enable effective preventative strategies to be implemented in an efficient and timely manner.
    • Working with the Head of ESG actively analyse New customer Drawings looking for potential application fraud.
    • Accurately record and query any suspicious activity with each country Sales / Customer maintenance agent as required.
    • Liaise with and communicate any unusual activity identified either through monitored or logged Fraud Queries with the Head of ESG in a timely manner.
    • Actively manage all Fraud Queries ensuring accurate and timely CCTV or data requests, and a consistent approach to updating and communicating the queries progress with the customer.
