The role of IT Support Analyst is really important to us. Radius are currently looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst on a 12 month industrial placement Aug 2024 - Aug 2025. This position will assist the IT Operations team in the delivery of IT service and support across the group. The successful applicant will be at the front-line, dealing directly with customers who have IT issues and requests and working closely with the Service Desk, Desktop Support, Application Support and Infrastructure teams to resolve support requests quickly and efficiently.
This position will be an Industrial Placement located at the Head Office in Crewe, Cheshire, UK.

Your responsibilities
- Providing 1st line technical support for core technologies as required.
- Responding to and logging people’s requests and faults submitted by telephone, email and the IT Service Desk self-service logging tool, JIRA.
- Prioritising support calls and allocating them to the relevant technical support team/s.
- Ensuring that all support faults and requests received into the IT Service Desk are answered and responded to within agreed timelines.
- Keeping internal customers informed of any IT related issues that might impact their teams.
- Diagnosing and resolving 1st line hardware and software faults.

- Self-motivated with strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
