    The role of Sales Ledger Analyst is really important to us. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of credit information to support in country credit teams. Including daily banking, cash allocation, ledger management and outsource recoveries support.

    The role

    We would love to welcome you to our Crewe Campus, whether you're at the start of your career or looking for your next challenge. Full training for any role will be provided and we can offer full study support for either CICM or AAT.

    Whilst experience in a credit role may be an advantage, the right attitude is the most important quality. We are keen to hear from you whatever stage you are at in your credit career.

    What would your day look like?

    • Deliver cash receipting and ledger KPIs
    • Recoveries administration and contact with outsource partners
    • Claim management and administration
    • Daily banking posting of payments and bouncers into financial systems
    • Reviewing Sales Ledger to ensure accurate postings and aged debts are actioned
    • Recoveries support to include accurate record keeping, communication with recoveries agencies and cost control

    What do we expect of you?

    • Communication – the ability to develop rapport with customers and colleagues over the phone.
    • Attention to Detail – a head for numbers and ability to spot and solve problems whilst dealing with a high volume of transactional data.
    • Drive to Succeed – driven to achieve targets, tenacious and persistent in your approach.
    • Working knowledge of Sage100, Sage200 and Oracle ERP is desirable
