    Job Purpose

    The role of Trainee Accounts Assistant is really important to us. You will be responsible for managing end to end purchase ledger processes, ensuring costs are robustly controlled and suppliers are paid on time.

    Your responsibilities day to day will be…

    • Managing the end to end purchase ledger processes
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external contacts.
    • Inputting, coding and gaining the relevant authorisation for all invoices.
    • Generating payment runs and inputting to bank.
    • Performing statement reconciliations.
    • Process improvement implementation.
