The role...
The role of Trainee Talent Acquisition Partner is really important to us. You will be responsible for supporting with finding suitable candidates for vacancies in a range of departments including Sales, Account Management and Customer Support across the UK . Our role does not involve cold calling, business development or sales calls as you will join our inhouse recruitment team and work directly with our management teams in the Company.
We would love to welcome you to our Crewe Head Office location where you will join our supportive talent acquisition team of 10 Internal Recruiters. You will be responsible for all recruitment activities (shortlisting, scheduling interviews and making offers) for a range of departments across our offices based in the UK and Ireland.
What would your day-to-day look like?
- Using our Applicant Tracking System to organise recruitment activities including posting job adverts and screening candidates.
- Building a good rapport with candidates and shortlisting suitable candidates to hiring managers.
- Actively source candidates for our vacancies via job boards, networking, social media and other methods.
- Effectively manage the recruitment stages with all candidates, including feedback, offer and facilitation of the onboarding process, to build a positive employer brand.
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements and influence them on recruitment decisions.
- Support the wider team with recruitment projects.
What do we expect of you?
- Previous experience within recruitment (agency or in-house) would be preferable, although a background in telesales would also be beneficial.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal with a confident and approachable telephone manner.
- Organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- A good team player.
