Position Overview
This role requires a broad skill set and the right candidate will be strategic, creative, enjoy problem solving and always want to push boundaries.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyzing large datasets to provide business output that informs relevant and targeted customer communications across email, mobile and direct mail marketing
- Monitoring own bought channel performance and customer behaviour to articulate success, learnings, & suggestions to optimize future strategy
- Provide regular insight & recommendations to the Omni-Channel CRM team to optimize their campaigns & activations
- Working with Omni-Channel CRM to support the customer strategy, and to drive Omni-channel footfall and sales
- Building strong relationships with the wider business
- Monitoring database growth & retention
- Supporting on the media, email, mobile CRM segmentation strategy, tracking and results reporting
- Working closely with the Planning team to understand channel targets and improve performance reporting
Partnering with the Customer Insight team to bring quantitative data to support and test their qualitative insights
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Specialism in Business, Fashion or Marketing preferred
- Graduate or penultimate year of studies
- Passion for retail and fashion
- Strong affinity with the Ralph Lauren brand
- Ability to work well and independently under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communicational skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate Excel & Powerpoint skills
