About the opportunity
We invite you to join our experience of product safety and stewardship practice in Health Sciences where you will support organisations around the world bring to market products in a range of uses such as food that meet relevant regulatory requirements and are safe for human health and the environment.
Key tasks and responsibilities will be
- Coordinating collaborative and timely preparation of application dossiers for the chemical and/or food industry together with our subject matter experts
- Compiling approval/authorisation dossiers according to the EU and GB Chemical Regulations (e.g., REACH, Biocide).
- Supporting project management and existing client relationships
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the current and future regulatory landscape, attending conferences to keeping up to date with developments in the appropriate laws and guidance
- Provide support to business development activities when needed during visits to clients, through discussion and responses to new project briefs and administration
Your skills and experience
For this role, we believe your starting point is
- A Bachelors or Masters level degree in a science-based degree such as biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology, toxicology, food sciences;
- Have experience with IT packages including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Be numerically competent;
- Possess excellent English communication skills, both oral and written;
- Have excellent report writing skills
- Fluent in verbal and written English, but other languages may be an asset

Selection Process
We aim to have applications shortlisted by the beginning of March and we will invite successful candidates to an assessment centre at the beginning of April in our Birmingham office.
