    About the Opportunity

    We are seeking Graduate Civil Engineer with M.Eng. If you a higher degree in geotechnical engineering is advantageous. The Ground Engineering Department in UK, have a very diverse range of projects that will support your development whilst enjoying a truly varied experience from design of offshore wind farms, complex urban building projects, replacement of major bridges on key trunk roads in London, High Speed geotechnical railway design, to complex soil/structure numerical modelling.

    You'll be joining a team of committed and self-driven professionals in a company with ambitious growth plans which is at the forefront of engineering excellence and that is responsible for some of the most exciting projects in the world today. Within the company you will be working alongside the rest of the Ground Engineering team, and also teams of all disciplines nationally and internationally across the Ramboll Group.

    Your Skills and Experience

    From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:

    • A BEng, MEng or MSc level degree in a relevant engineering subject
    • Interest in Ground Engineering
    • Demonstrable aptitude to learn computer programming languages and complex data manipulation and processing
    • Ability to summarise and present complex engineering concepts via different channels
    • An interest in Digital Automation and Optimisation
    • Understanding and application of sustainable design practices

    Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include flexibility and adaptability, a growth mindset, positive attitude, proactivity, creativity, good communication skills, willingness and ability to learn, curiosity, enthusiasm, reliability.
