We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to come and join the UK B2B Marketing & Lead Generation team, to fulfil lead generation from marketing campaigns and utilise data intelligence to support our sales teams. You will get to use and develop your skills in identifying trends, uncovering opportunities and identifying suitable SMEs that have high conversion potential to buy our advertising solutions. Working closely with stakeholders from all parts of the business, you will be a vital part of our marketing team!

The role
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for supporting the customer strategy across the business - driving and generating leads to our sales team!
- Use market intelligence tools to identify suitable leads for new business campaigns.
- Allocate incoming enquiries for sales teams to contact, such as those from web forms and Live Chat.
- Use of Salesforce CRM system to track and manage all leads, ensuring seamless communication between marketing and sales teams.
- Use Salesforce CRM system to identify existing or lapsed customers for retention, upsell and winback campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse all agreed sales activities and outcomes against KPIs to assess the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and make data-driven improvements.
- Ensure timely and effective communication takes place with commercial managers and sales teams to ensure optimised sales activity plans are in place.
- Work closely with your marketing lead generation team colleagues to develop and deliver required campaigns to identified prospects and win-back customers.
- Ensure that Salesforce CRM system is accurate and up to date.
About you
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good Communication - including written and face-to-face (virtually or in person).
- Agility to adapt and amend approach at pace in anticipation of changing customer requirements.
- You will be amazing at planning and organisation with a detailed approach.
- Someone that thrives on finding Solutions to complex issues that loves to problem solve and quick to make decisions.
- Tech savvy with experience of using CRM systems.
- Loves to work in a collaborative environment and building relationships.
