To enable this, our Global Research and Development function plays a critical role in identifying and developing innovative solutions for our consumers. As part of our vision for the future, we have a 3 year R&D Future Leadership Scheme based in our cutting edge research facility in Hull, with potential rotations to other European sites across a range of R&D functions, including product development on healthcare brands, innovation, clinical, regulatory or medical affairs.
