    This role will sit within our UK Supply Talent Acquisition function, who are part of the wider Europe ANZ team (a team of 12). They support the UK stakeholders across all business units, who are responsible for local activation of Reckitt's business strategy and sales and marketing execution within UKI. You will have the benefit of being part of a smaller, close-knit team, as well as a wider regional structure who work together, share best practice and strive to be best in class.

    As a Talent Acquisition Advisor

    In this Talent Acquisition Advisor job, you will play a key role in the company’s next phase of growth and will be working with the Talent Acquisition team and Human Resources team to understand the long-term strategy of the business’ talent needs, particularly in the areas of Supply.

    • Responsible for the end-to-end process of sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding, you’ll Report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
    • Be responsible for meeting direct hire expectations, sourcing candidates directly via traditional and innovative online/offline channels Deliver recruiting campaigns for repeat or volume hiring areas (namely Sales, amongst others), as well as supporting in the assessment of commercial graduate and intern recruitment during peak times
    • Qualify and interview prospective candidates, via telephone or face-to-face Support on onboarding – contracts etc.
    • Understand the market, trends and challenges and devise recruitment campaigns and strategies that work.
    • Provide an excellent candidate experience every step of the way, ensuring quality and rigour in how we select candidates.
    • Take part in employer branding activities such as recruitment fairs and early careers webinars.
    • Get involved in and support on other key talent acquisition projects – both locally and globally - around graduate recruitment and selection, employer branding and EVP, social media projects, diversity and inclusion in attraction, referrals scheme, onboarding and systems streamlining and many, many more!
