We are looking for eager individuals who want to launch their IT careers and join our SAP Competency Centre.
You could be a recent graduate or at the beginning of your career, ready to take a step up into a leading hygiene, health and nutrition multinational company and learn about major IT/ERP projects from the ground up.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a vastly experienced in-house SAP team and learn the way a leading FMCG business operates. You will support Reckitt in their transformational journey into the SAP processes of the future and learn vital technical and soft skills as you progress. These positions are key to developing talent to take SAP to the next level within Reckitt.
Your primary role will be to assist in the deployment of our SAP template into factories and commercial markets across the globe as directed by your mentor. You will be analysing current business processes and systems, translating this into the global template and designing new processes to fulfil business requirements within the boundaries of the SAP systems.
In addition, you will learn how to support SAP with changes to live factories and markets, working on fixing issues with our support teams and interacting with the wide variety of departments and systems that SAP interacts with.
This will all be completed alongside a structured training scheme, with rotations through different functional areas and direct mentorship throughout.
