    REFY are seeking a motivated and proactive intern to join our Creative team. As a Creative Research intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Visionary Brand team to contribute to the development of our brand's creative vision.

    This will be a paid internship in our HQ working 16 hours over 2 days a week.

    Key responsibilities

    • Assisting the Visual Brand Manager and Visual Brand Assistant on all things creative
    • Creating digital and real life moodboards.
    • Collating research for projects, online and in real life.
    • Working on presentations digitally and in real life.
    • Finding the correct image reference, quality over quantity.
    • Supporting any ad hoc roles within the business.
    • Preparing images for retail graphics

    Skills knowledge and expertise

    • Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office
    • A keen interest and understanding of beauty trends and demands within the beauty industry
    • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills and an adaptable and flexible team player
    • Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the beauty industry
    • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with strong communication and teamwork abilities
