We are seeking an intern to join our International Partnerships Team where you’ll have the opportunity to work with staff and students across a range of international activities within the university community.

You will be based at the university at our stunning Regent's park location (although there may be some flexibility to work remotely), working 35 hours per week. You will also gain access to some great staff benefits, including a £6 a day allowance to spend in university catering outlets.

What you will do

As a Partnerships intern you will:

  • gain insight into international activities within higher education, with a particular focus on study abroad and exchange
  • liaise with students and partners regarding both inbound and outbound study periods abroad
  • help ensure student records are accurate and up to date
  • assist in the organisation and delivery of induction events for incoming students
  • develop resources providing key information to external stakeholders and the Regent's community
  • give campus tours to incoming students, partner staff and other visitors to the University
  • provide other administrative, logistical and project support to the team as required
