    Role overview

    As a Graduate Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will be involved in the development/configuration of new low code system and development of new business applications based on detailed specifications. You will adhere to the industry's best practices, produce well-engineered modern products and guide others in doing so.

    You will be involved in supporting the accelerated growth of the organisation by helping to develop new propositions, creating use cases for low code applications, acquiring new clients, and supporting business development as well as delivering projects. Come join our team in Manchester!

    Tasks

    • Development/configuration of new low code system and development of new business applications based on detailed specifications
    • Understanding technical design specifications and translating them into implementation details
    • Providing the technical know-how that underpins the delivery of client projects
    • Creating out-of-the-box solutions to client problems with the low code platform.
    • Identifying innovative use cases for low code applications to market to new clients
    • Working with colleagues to shape the scope, approach, and structure of projects
    • Support the accelerated growth of the organisation by helping to develop new propositions, creating use cases for low code applications, acquiring new clients, and supporting business development as well as delivering projects

    Qualifications

    • Computer Science/IT based degree required (min 2.1 grade)
    • Knowledge of C#/.Net, React and Python
    • Ability to present and deliver outcomes which are compelling, accurate, and engaging both to clients and in support of our business development and work winning activities
    • Initial knowledge of agile development – including understanding user needs, building proof of value Alphas, evolving end state solutions and managing in-life operations
    • Keen interest in next generation software development lifecycle and low code platforms.
