    Tasks

    • Assisting the full cycle recruiting of graduate candidates with focus on digital services, IT and business consulting across the UK and BENELUX markets
    • Organization of and participation in university careers fairs and other graduate recruiting events
    • You will be involved in global recruiting projects
    • Reporting of recruiting KPIs

    Qualifications

    • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Economics or other relevant fields of study
    • Interest in Technology or Finance recruiting
    • Passion for actively sourcing candidates, taking inspiration from the latest trends in recruiting
    • A sound knowledge of common tools (MS Office package, Trello, etc.)
    • You are a goal-oriented individual, focused on delivering high quality recruiting results
    • Excellent communications skills in English - both written and verbal.
