Role overview
As a Talent Sourcer at Reply you will play a key role in enabling our businesses to attract & hire the great talent they need. Working as part of a multi-faceted recruiting team, you will use your skills to supercharge our Top-of-Funnel and be the Sourcing subject matter expert for our UK Recruiting team.
Responsibilities
- The identification, attraction and engagement of Tech candidates, utilising Sourcing platforms and innovative techniques
- Building strong relationships with the broader recruitment team, understanding where they need support and helping build their top of funnel pipeline
- Working with senior hiring communities, helping them draft their requirements and delivering market insights and value that can define their recruiting strategy
- Develop future talent pipelines for “evergreen” hiring areas
- Using a data driven approach to measure impact, performance, and ROI
About the candidate
- 1-2 years of recruiting/sourcing experience, ideally in Tech domains
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Economics, or other relevant fields of study
- Strong networking skills and a knack for identifying, attracting, and engaging niche talent across multiple platforms & formats
- You are a goal-oriented individual, focused on delivering high quality recruiting results, and taking inspiration from the latest trends in recruiting
- Excellent communications skills in English - both written and verbal.
