The opportunity
Make the most of your year out by working with and learning from RLB teams in a variety of sectors, gaining invaluable, career-building experience.
The placement experience is designed to give you a full understanding of the work we do and an insight into what being a graduate looks like. You will develop both your soft and technical skills in the workplace by learning on the job and via our technical training courses.
As part of being a placement with RLB you will be working on real life projects with real life clients as part of our award winning teams.
The year out placement will within either of the following service lines: Cost Management, Building Surveying or Project Management.
