    Role and Responsibilities

    • Assisting with the day to day delivery of projects
    • Building relationships with clients
    • Development of project documentation and reporting
    • Identifying and developing innovative solutions for clients
    • Assist with leading and managing multidisciplinary design teams
    • Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects
    • Assist with conducting feasibility studies, including site surveys, site investigation, site evaluation, etc
    • Monitor and report on contractor’s progress on site
    • Support the team in developing new business opportunities
    • Support the team managing existing client relationships
    • Attend, chair and record meetings as appropriate
    • Develop skills that will enable you to provide single point of contact taking responsibility for all aspects of the project and liaise with the client

    Experience and Skills Required

    • Experience using Microsoft Office software and ideally Microsoft Project
    • Degree in a construction related subject is desirable, but not essential. All degree backgrounds will be considered
    • Experience of delivering presentations
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience in report writing

    You will also need to show ambition and a willingness to learn whilst demonstrating commercial awareness and exhibiting the ability to complete projects to agreed timelines.
