    Do you have a passion for building strong supplier relationships and a keen eye for detail?

    Robert Dyas is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Dropship Vendor Manager to join our growing e-commerce team. In this key role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring seamless operations with our Dropship (DSV) suppliers, a strategic growth area for our business.

    What you'll do

    • Support supplier success: Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned Dropship suppliers across various categories including appliances, electronics, furniture, and garden products.
    • Ensure SLA compliance: Monitor supplier performance against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identifying and resolving any issues to guarantee excellent customer service.
    • Be the data champion: Run regular reports, analyse supplier performance, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Onboarding expert: Guide new Dropship suppliers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and meet our high standards.
    • Bridge the gap: Collaborate closely with both the VirtualStock e-commerce team and Trading teams for smooth supplier integration, technical issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
    • Product pro: Monitor the status and submissions of new product SKUs onto the Robert Dyas website.
    • Customer champion: Act as a point of contact for Customer Services to resolve specific Dropship-related issues.

    We're looking for someone with

    • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
    • A strong eye for detail and accuracy.
    • The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
    • Experience in managing and analysing data.
    • A proactive and problem-solving approach.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Understanding of e-commerce operations (a plus).
