    A Graduate Finance Assistant is required to join one of the UK's fastest growing automotive companies as part of their finance team which are based near Guildford.     Key Responsibilities & Tasks

    The key responsibilities of this role will include (But not limited to):

    • Processing purchase requisition into purchase order transactions
    • Processing of staff expense and credit card claim forms
    • Management of the finance department mailbox
    • Processing of internal timesheets
    • Reporting and analysis of timesheets to key business departments
    • Corresponding with external stakeholders and department managers and responding to enquiries
    • Maintaining and improving existing processes
    • Assistance with new ERP system

    Your Profile

    The successful Graduate Finance Assistant will be someone who is enthusiastic and has demonstrated their capabilities to step into a finance role through examples such as a finance related part-time position and/or work placement. In this position you will be liaising closely and reporting directly to the Management Accountant.

    Salary & Benefits

    This Graduate Finance Assistant role will be paying up to £28,000 per annum + further benefits. (This position will require the candidate to be in the office 4 times a week)
