We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to act as a catalyst to enable our diverse team by applying agile ways of working, facilitating meetings, keeping track of timelines and engaging with the right stakeholders.

In this role you will…
- Project manage our Communications & Change Management, Technologies/Ontologies, and People Practices work product teams within the OneRoche Skills global project
- Schedule, plan, and facilitate meetings that drive our OneRoche Skills ambitions
- Collaborate with our OneRoche Skills Leads to drive the vision and deliverables of the project
- Closely work with various stakeholders on the team (e.g. IT, Communications) to build skill based business architecture and deliverables, and learn about their roles in the process
- Create content on the OneRoche Skills topic to support thought leadership initiatives

Who we are looking for
- You are currently studying or recently graduated (within the last 12 months) with ideally a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken
- You have first experiences in project management
- You are interested in P&C Technology
- Have strong and impactful presentation and communication skills to get ideas across and promote organizational buy-in
- Are entrepreneurial and work independently and proactively to achieve specific milestones
