    Based in a state of the art site in Burgess Hill (15 minutes by train from Brighton), we are giving three individuals the opportunity to work within Roche’s Business Sustainability team, starting Summer 2022 for a 24-month period.

    The position

    This is an excellent opportunity for Business, Finance, Legal or IT graduate seeking a 24-month fixed term placement.

    Roche Diagnostics is driving a strategic transformation putting our customers and patients at the heart of what we do every day. During your internship you will be part of this exciting journey. You will gain valuable knowledge in our business processes and experience of operating with multiple stakeholders from the entire organisation at all levels.

    You will be working at the heart of the organisation, with colleagues from a variety of medical, innovation, digital health, scientific and business backgrounds. The intern role will rotate according to business needs across various functions giving the opportunity to see a multitude of business topics and cross organisational projects.

    Reporting to a member of the Business Sustainability Team, the position will involve building a deep understanding of our processes. Your contribution will drive enhancement and continuous improvement to deliver the best experience to our customers and patients.

    Your key contribution will be through delivery of our large corporate projects.

    In order to be successful in this role you will have excellent computer skills, as well as the ability to work reliably and to deadlines. You will be passionate about your work, a strong communicator, and able to work independently and within a team. You will also have the ability to develop effective working relationships with a wide range of colleagues and external partners while balancing multiple activities.

    You will possess an eye for detail and quality, and at all times maintain an ethical approach to your work.
