    This role is working within the Informatics Product Analysis & Consultancy Chapter to drive initiatives through scoping, planning and supporting the successful implementation of technology solutions by providing business analysis, best practice research, detailed requirements and user stories definition and user acceptance facilitation.

    In this role, you require a broad set of skills in requirements elicitation, user stories documentation, project management, business process modelling and agile business analysis just to name a few. You also need a passion for providing great user experiences. You are also passionate about technology and would like a career where you can positively transform the lives of patients by leveraging technology.

    Skills and capabilities you will develop

    • Work closely with Business Partners to create and enhance IT solutions that add value to the organization.
    • Understand and align stakeholder expectations and communicate with project stakeholders to attain their support for the project.
    • Communicate with project stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit requirements for new application service enhancements and/or modifications to existing platforms.
    • Partner with technical teams to examine, test and review enhancements made to create supporting documentation such as test scripts, process flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria. Note: This is not a technical role where coding knowledge is required or practised in the job.
    • Support the execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) and user training on new technology solutions.
    • Assist in the process of evaluating new technology solutions and sourcing suppliers using formal processes.
    • Create and maintain training and system documentation specifications.
    • Participate in various team-building activities throughout the internship to network with various other roles and responsibilities.
