    As an Algorithm Engineer, you thrive on learning new things, be highly independent and mathematically minded.

    The role

    You will help develop new products with emerging technologies and work on projects in diverse areas such as radar, acoustics, geolocation, electronic warfare, signals intelligence, R-PNT (robust positioning, navigating, and timing), and signal processing, allowing you the opportunity to develop your technical skills in different areas. We promise interesting work with smart people.

    As our next Algorithm Engineer, you’ll be solving our customer’s problems whilst also designing and implementing algorithms. We bring the physical and digital together in ways that revolutionise industries.

    About you

    • Degree in Physics, Maths or Engineering
    • Experience in Algorithm development
    • Have experience with programming languages such as, Matlab or Python

    Where you’ll work

    Alongside hybrid and flexible working options, you’ll find our Romsey site located within beautiful Hampshire countryside, close to the picturesque New Forest District and not far from a superb stretch of the south coast. This is no corporate concrete jungle; this is a beautiful 22 acre rural estate, with ample parking, an on-site gym, tennis courts, a stretch of the River Test, and a driveway full of daffodils in the spring.

    Due to the nature of this role, we require you to be eligible to achieve SC clearance. As a result, you should be a British Citizen and have resided in the U.K. for the last 5 years for SC.
