    The role

    The Launch and Change Management department ensures the successful introduction of product changes into Rolls-Royce production. It is responsible for the steering and introduction of launch and bespoke projects as well as series changes, in addition to the creation and maintenance of the bill of material for in-house production and the successful introduction of our products and processes. Our team is seeking a graduate to join from September 2023.

    What will you be doing?

    • Support the team in launch or series activities.
    • Be part of the successful launch of pre-series cars and new bespoke content.
    • Keep in close contact with the process partners of the team and have a unique view of the manufacturing of high luxury cars.
    • Take responsibility for your own projects and present them in front of process partners and your team.
    • Support the team manager with reporting and presentations into the wider BMW business and partner departments.

    Qualifications

    • Studying towards or have achieved a Bachelor’s degree at 2:2 or above or a Master’s degree Pass or above in an Engineering or Business course.
    • Have basic understanding of complex processes in relation to automotive technologies as well as automotive manufacturing.
    • Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Able to communicate solutions clearly and concisely.
    • Able to work independently as well as collaborate with the team.
    • Able to work in a high quality demanded environment.
