    The role

    We have the opportunity for a highly driven and eager to learn individual to join our Retail Development and Enablement team for a 24-month Graduate Programme. As a member of the Retail Development and Enablement team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in being a true ‘luxury house’ with the highest quality dealer network in the world.

    Our Retail Development and Enablement team is responsible for the areas of: Sales Channel Development, making sure we are represented by the right partners in the right locations to the very best standards with a clear legal framework of roles and responsibilities; Visual Identity, creating luxury state of the art showrooms delivering bespoke experiences in which our clients feel inspired; Brand and Technical Training, supporting our dealer partners in truly living and breathing our pinnacle brand, ensuring they understand how to optimise their enchanting retail spaces to deliver on our client's luxury retail expectations, and ensuring they have the needed technical know-how to service and maintain our beautiful cars.

    In addition to your time in your home department of Retail Development and Enablement, you will also experience two three-month placements in other areas of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, providing you with a fantastic opportunity to develop your knowledge on other areas of the business.

    What will you be doing?

    • Market Strategy - Assessing the viability of markets for a new dealer presence, conducting full analysis and evaluation.
    • Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Retail Standards - Monitoring and steering the dealer partner’s adherence to our standards on showroom visual identity, client experiences, and operational processes.
    • Visual Identity Implementation - Collaborating closely with regional colleagues based across the globe to ensure the implementation of the new visual identity in all dealer showrooms is in line with target dates. This will involve supporting the steering and project sign-off of visual identity design plans.
    • Supporting with visual merchandising guidelines and delivery by our dealer partners. This involves ensuring processes are in place to ensure optimum efficiency.
    • Coordinating face-to-face training and live global broadcasts within the Rolls-Royce Training Academy and across all Regions.
    • Tracking and reporting dealer training completion.
    • You will also have the opportunity to be involved in special projects during your time with us.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications and experience.

    • Have achieved a minimum of a 2:2 in your bachelor’s degree, or a pass in your master’s studies. A Business or Marketing field of study is beneficial but not essential.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Good financial understanding.
    • Strong commercial acumen.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • An extremely diligent work ethic.

    What do you need to do now?

    The next stages of the recruiting process will include; online testing, a one-way video interview, and then an assessment centre. Currently, the assessment centre is due to take place on the week commencing 16th of January 2023.
