What we offer

  • This is an opportunity to experience working in two of Rothesay’s control focussed divisions, supporting the governance and operational running of the company’s asset management and pensions liabilities.
  • You will spend one week in our Ops division, understanding how Rothesay’s Operations and Administration teams provide execute and support so many of the company’s daily processes.
  • You will also spend one week in our Risk function, learning about the different aspects of risk and how they are measured and managed within the business. Our risk teams are responsible for managing the company’s exposure to credit and counterparty risk, market and liquidity risk, operational risk and regulatory risk.

What we are looking for

  • We recruit from all academic disciplines; although a high degree of numeracy is essential.
  • Impeccable academic credentials.
  • You will need to demonstrate a clear interest in a career in Financial Services and in the pursuance of a career in Financial Services risk management and controls.
  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
