    Applications are invited for the post of Graduate Project Manager (Compliance) in the Health and Safety Office for a 2-year fixed-term post.

    The Health and Safety Office provides a range of support to the College around health, safety, and business continuity. This includes identification of non-compliances and working with stakeholders to manage their impact. This new role has been created to manage a program of works to improve infrastructure, largely around fire safety but also including other elements such as Legionella and asbestos.

    We require a professional and personable individual who can prioritise tasks and demonstrates a high level of organisational skills and flexibility. Their task will be varied but will include day-to-day management of projects against an agreed schedule, liaison with various internal and external stakeholders, all associated project documentation including tracking expenditure. The Health and Safety Office is co-located with Estates and there will be a close working relationship between this role and the Project Management team within Estates.

    The Health and Safety Office is customer focused, assisting and empowering colleagues to allow them to make appropriate decisions about health and safety. While legal compliance is the minimum, we strive for excellence and best practice within the Higher Education sector. This is achieved through building relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally. While this role will not be providing health and safety advice an interest or experience in the area is an advantage.

    The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.

    The university has adopted hybrid working for some roles therefore some remote working may be possible for this role.
