    We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Data Communication and Support Analyst to join our growing Data Transformation team in Royal London Asset Management.

    You will contribute to our mission of leveraging data and driving informed decision-making, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within RLAM. This role would suit an individual who is passionate about data and AI.

    It provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience all aspects of the running of a successful Chief Data Office (CDO) function, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and knowledge for everything data, visualisation and AI within RLAM.

    About the role

    • Support information gathering on how Data & AI can support an asset management organisation and review industry trends.
    • CDO MI and reporting support: Assist in fulfilling all MI and reporting needs for the CDO function, including data strategy heat maps and other data quality management information systems.
    • Schedule and coordinate stakeholder working groups, ensuring timely invitations, agendas, and meeting materials.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for data business partners requests, coordinating and overseeing the data mission control to track the progress of the data programme.
    • Learning and communication coordination: Collaborate with RLAM’s People, Communication and Learning & Development Teams to orchestrate communication and training from registrations to ensuring employees' access to relevant training and development opportunities.
    • Act as the knowledge manager for the RLAM data knowledge base website, working closely with business teams to collect, curate, and promote best practices, case studies, and artifacts.

    About you

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Business Analytics, Data related or STEM desired. Or relevant apprenticeship experience.
    • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies beneficial but learning will be provided
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams).
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting platforms (Power BI) beneficial but learning will be provided.
    • Basis in programming language would be beneficial such as SQL, Python or R.
    • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and work in teams
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Eager to learn and acquire new skills in AI technologies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for the detail
    • Proactive with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
