We are currently looking for a Distribution Operations Analyst, in the Distribution Operations Team. You will support data quality within the RLAM Client Book of Records product, by undertaking a specific programme of work to improve AuM and Flow client matching rates.
The Distribution Operations Team’s core purpose is to be client focused, data led and digitally nimble to improve client experience and support RLAM future growth through the provision of RFP, Investment Content, Client Reporting, Distribution Operations and Distribution Business Control.
About the role
- Analyse, create, and manage AuM and Flow data used within Distribution. Manage ‘BAU’ changes to existing products
- Analyse transfer agency and platform distributer information and match this content back to RLAM’s proprietary client records
- Work closely with our Wholesale and Institutional sales teams to understand both our clients and the RLAM products our clients invest in
About you
- Understanding of transfer agency and platform distributer share holder register data
- Proven technical and data analysis skills
- Strong numerical skills and analytical thinker
- IT literate
- Ambitious can-do mentality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
