About the programme
Our three-year Finance Graduate Programme offers hands-on experience across key finance functions—from Commercial Finance and Treasury to Operational and External Reporting. You’ll rotate through placements primarily based in Chesterfield or London, with flexible remote working and occasional travel.

What we’re looking for
We’re after ambitious, analytical minds with a passion for finance and a hunger to learn. You’ll need:
- A 2:1 degree in finance – or AAT Level 4 with eligibility to start CIMA
- Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
- Confidence, curiosity, and the ability to influence and collaborate
