    Our Vacation Scheme is an excellent opportunity for you to see that impact first-hand and understand how our values and our training programme can help you and your legal career thrive.

    The Vacation Scheme will take place from Monday 1st July 2024 to Friday 5th July 2024 during which you will be aligned to one team. You will get to experience just what it is like in the firm and see what life as a Trainee Solicitor at RWK Goodman is like.

    What to expect

    During your time with us you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insight into the firm and demonstrate the skills that we look for in our Trainee Solicitors. You can expect to be involved in research, reviewing and drafting documents, attending client meetings and court hearings. In addition, you will be able to attend insight sessions on different teams, spend time on an informal basis with existing Trainees and newly qualified Solicitors and enjoy a social. At the end of the week, you will take part in an assessment day following which, successful candidates will be offered a Training Contract.

    What are the eligibility criteria?

    To be eligible for a place on the Vacation Scheme, you need to be a graduate or at least in your second year of your law degree (or final year for a non-law degree). You must also be available exclusively between 1st July – 5th July 2024 at your selected location in preparation for a September 2026 Training Contract start date.
