Role Requirements
This unique Graduate programme involves you joining a Master’s Level Data Analytics Academy that provides full technical capability enabling you to work with complex data architectures including programming, big data, advanced analytics, and cloud technologies, in addition to AI, machine learning, and robotic process automation.

Responsibilities
We’re more than just a corporate culture - and this is more than just a job. You will benefit from rotations across various teams within the data and analytics function to develop a breadth of skills and knowledge.
Working alongside experienced members of the team, we will support you to:
- Create, operate, and maintain reports and interactive dashboards using QlikSense and Excel
- Analyse data to determine and deliver key insights
- Communicate specific insights and recommendations, using statistical or data science techniques
- Collaborate on the development of data packages to meet business requirements
- Assist with the development and deployment of analytical interventions to improve insurance claims processes
The Individual
We want your individualism, capability, and ambition to shine through. You will need to have a zest for continuous learning and a willingness to invest time to develop further data and insights skills and knowledge.
You will need to have gained a minimum of a 2:2 bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Data Analytics, Data Science, Maths, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Econometrics.
The best attributes to have for this role are:
- Passionate about data with a strong technical capability
- Strong numeracy and mathematical skills
- Attention to detail but time conscious with the ability to focus on delivering to agreed deadlines
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- Ability to collaborate and be an effective team player
- Good presentations skills, be able to convey complex information succinctly
- Commercially savvy.
