We’re looking for someone who is ready to make an impact in a team environment. We’re looking for a self-motivated and driven Graduate who can contribute to our success with strategic initiatives and research, measure, monitor and report on business outcomes.
As part of the Bright Futures Graduate Programme, we aim to help you fulfil your potential. In this role, you’ll work to understand and support each portfolio to define their direction and risk appetite to support our overall underwriting performance.
We’ll encourage you to develop your analytical, communication, consultation and technical decision-making skills to support the team to deliver strategic priorities.

What you'll do
What you can expect to be doing in the role:
- Supporting with research and consultation on external market trends and insights and contributions to the development of innovative solutions to improve performance management and analysis
- Co-ordinating regular reporting packs and assisting with queries and team requests
- Liaising regularly with senior executive stakeholders to support what is a high-profile and dynamic team
- Lead administrative duties for the department in terms of operational planning and improving the Underwriting and Pricing operating rhythm
- Contributing to key forums and strategic projects whilst working to maximise collaboration between various data and analytics teams
- Play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives and processes that assess business outcomes and maintain our risk appetite
