We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Junior Office Assistant to join our London Office Assistant on a full-time basis.
Our new Junior Office Assistant must be a team player with excellent communication and organisation skills. You will have the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads with the ability to apply next-step thinking. The role requires a professional, methodical approach with high levels of concentration and accuracy.
The work pace is fast and understanding our objective to be 'the consultant of choice' is key to how we deliver an exceptional service.
Job summary
The role will involve:
- General office management and maintenance
- Greeting visitors
- Booking and setting up meeting rooms
- Organisation of catering and refreshments for meetings
- Collecting and distributing of post
- Answering and screen of calls, and passing on messages to the team
- Stationery management
- Printing and filing of documents
- A variety of administrative tasks for our surveyors and London team
You will be joining an established and friendly team based out of our central London office, with surveying experience ranging from Director to junior level. You will have the potential to grow, as we offer strong training schemes with hopes to get the right individual fully qualified in their field.
This will be part of a long-term development plan, tailored to your personal training needs and career aspirations. Requirements
The right individual will have:
- Strong IT skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel
- A thorough approach and excellent attention to detail
- An organised and proactive approach to their work
- The ability to establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues
