Ryanair have now partnered with the ACA to provide a three and a half training contract in the unique environment of Europe’s largest airline group.
Throughout your time here you will rotate through our Finance department (and for the adventurous at heart maybe even a stint abroad in one of subsidiary airlines!) all while being supported through the process of gaining an internationally recognised accounting qualification. Areas of the business you will spend a six month rotation in include:
- Fuel/Insurance
- fp & a
- Banking
- Internal Audit
- Tax
- Management Accounting
- Financial Reporting

The Programme

Your role could see you tackle a wide range of business challenges and you will spend six months in four business areas over a two-year period. The chosen business areas will depend upon your interests, business needs and performance at interview.
Please note, only those graduating from 2020, 2021 and 2022 will be accepted. This position requires eligibility to work in Ireland on a permanent basis.
