The Role
We are currently recruiting for an Events/Marketing Executive to join our Internal Communications team at our Head Office in Airside Business Park, Swords & your mission will be to ensure that Ryanair is still considered as a great place to work!
This is an exciting and creative role that will give the successful candidate (self-styled Fun-Co-Ordinator) carte blanche (more or less) to develop and deliver an annual events plan for our people & bring our employer brand to the next level!
This position would suit a recent graduate in events management & will provide provide many exciting opportunities to travel whilst working for Europe’s leading airline. We want to hire somebody who is passionate about employer branding, knows how to organise events & has a passion for creating a fun environment!
Main Duties
- Working closely with The Deputy Director HR - Head of Talent to plan & execute internal (external) events/employee branding
- Ensuring internal communication platforms are continually updated with both relevant and engaging content for our people
- Storyboarding content.
- Develop an annual events plan
- Ensure our careers website tells the real Ryanair employee story
- Ensure that Ryanair is considered to be a fun place to work!
- Represent the Ryanair brand at external events
- Monitoring employee engagement.
Requirements
- 3rd Level degree
- Ability to use your initiative to conceptualise and deliver engaging events
- Outgoing personality
- Keen interest in Social Media/Employer Branding
- Experience working in events (ie during studies)
- Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills.
- Highly motivated individual with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
