    Within the Inflight Graduate Programme, you will get to do 3 rotations within the following areas: Inflight Training, Crew Planning and supporting our Inflight Management Team.

    The Programme

As a graduate trainee your experience will be broad but significant, allowing you to further develop your career within an area that interests you.

    Your role could see you tackle a wide range of business challenges and you will spend six months in four business areas over a two year period. The chosen business areas will depend upon business needs and performance at interview.

    Please note, only those graduating from 2021, 2022 and 2023 will be accepted. This position requires eligibility to work in Ireland on a permanent basis.

    Inflight Graduate Programme Rotations

    Crew Planning

    Ryanair has over 10,000 cabin crew, which means our Crew Planning team is one of the busiest departments within Ryanair. As a crew planner, you effectively plan and implement rosters for all of our cabin crew across the entire Ryanair network.

    Inflight Training

    Our training department schedule all initial training programmes for any new cabin crew starting with Ryanair. All of our crew must receive recurrent training to maintain the level of proficiency and refresh their knowledge and skills of all normal and emergency situations. In this department, you would liaise with instructors and crew to ensure the training gets scheduled on time.

    Inflight Management

    Our team of European Bases Managers travel throughout our vast network ensuring that we have the right amount of crew in the right places. That the crew are top sellers and they are happy in their roles!

    What you need to get in

    You will need to be on track to achieve a minimum of 2.1 and have excelled in your degree course. We want inspirational graduates who have a story to tell and who have strong outside interests. Cultural fit at Ryanair is just as important as academics.

    Interview Process – Candidates who have passed the initial screening process will be invited to take part in an interview, where you will be introduced to management and take part in a 1st round interview.
