    As a Visual Merchandiser, you'll play a crucial role in creating a visually appealing and engaging shopping experience for our customers. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in showcasing our products in a way that inspires and drives sales.

    What will you be responsible for

    • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand's vision and marketing objectives.
    • Data analysis into our store sales and space return - looking at linear return and sales per bay.
    • Design and create visually appealing store layouts and product displays that maximise customer engagement and sales.
    • Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising throughout the store, ensuring that all displays are well-organised, clean, and up-to-date.
    • Stay informed about current trends in visual merchandising and retail design to ensure that our displays remain fresh and relevant.
    • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, buying, operations) to ensure that visual merchandising efforts support overall business goals.
    • Manage visual merchandising budgets and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions.
    • Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising best practices and techniques.

    Additional qualifications preferred

    • Experience in the retail industry, particularly in visual merchandising.
    • Knowledge of lighting, signage, and display equipment.
    • Project management experience.
