About the role
We are looking for a talented and driven all-rounder whose primary responsibility will be to assist the Marketing team to promote our Shared Ownership (SO) homes through our product websites and support the Sales Team in selling the company's portfolio of SO properties.
Duties include:
- Working closely with Sage Homes Project Managers to ensure all development and plot information is available for marketing collateral and advertising.
- Liaising with Sage Homes Sales Managers to ensure all developments are marketed according to requirements
- Auditing Sales Agency partners property listings on websites and property portals to ensure they are being marketed to a Sage gold standard as set by the Head of Marketing. This includes images, advert copy, brochure design and supporting documents.
- Ensuring all Sage SO properties are present on specialist portal websites.
- Support the Marketing Managers in providing marketing performance reports to assist the marketing roadmap.
- Enable the smooth running of the marketing department by way of providing event support, content generation and providing advertising materials, comms advice and more for the company as agreed with the Head of Marketing.
About you
- Working knowledge of content management systems or content update systems.
- Similar experience in the property industry is desirable but not essential.
- Highly competent with excellent written communication.
- Able to take initiative to find information.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- A good eye for detail and a creative mindset.
- Strong multitasker who can adapt to changes quickly.
- Solutions focussed and a team player.
- Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
Qualifications
- A higher education qualification (e.g. Degree) and / or relevant experience in Marketing or Business.
