- Knowledgeable of various social media platforms and/or social media management tools.
Your new role
- Support the Global Corporate Communications team in their strategic business objectives
- Provide administrative support to internal and external teams, including special observances, webinars, events.
- Monitor and triage inquiries in various Corporate Communications-owned mailboxes
- Draft and edit communications copy and material (i.e., blog posts, press releases, social media).
- Media monitoring of social channels (Corporate Twitter/X, discipline channels, and Instagram), flag and report issues.
- Respond to social media requests to post threads, quote tweets, and retweets on Twitter/X discipline channels.
- Draft social media posts, blog copy, and design briefs in support of observance campaigns.
