    Do you have a passion for marketing, and marketing technology, and have a desire to learn new skills? Are you currently studying a Marketing, Operations Management, or Systems related subject at university? Do you want to gain experience in marketing technology that will help solve real business problems? Then we have the perfect opportunity for a Graduate as a Marketing Technology System Administrator!

    This role is an exciting opportunity positioned within the Global Marketing Technology and Demand Operations team at Sage. You will work alongside Sage professionals, gaining experience with marketing technology such as the Adobe Workfront, Digital Library (Adobe DAM), Workfront Fusion (Integrations), Adobe Analytics, and more.

    As the main part of this role, you will work with our workflow and project management technology, Adobe Workfront, supporting users of the tool, including onboarding new users and teams, creating new work intake flows e.g. new forms, new routing rules, new project templates, plus supporting automated workflows in the integration tool Fusion.

    We will require you to be comfortable with systems and tools, but also communicating to the business. We’re looking for a graduate with a keen eye for detail, who can assess business needs and design solutions for those needs using existing functionality, but also able to spot the gaps and feedback for improvements. You will learn about Digital Workflows, Marketing Technology Integrations, Digital Asset Management, and other supporting marketing functions.

    A core area of focus will be on Adobe Workfront supporting the design and enhancement of Marketing digital workflows, with the aim of improving the experience for Sage colleagues, on their task and project management. The successful applicant must be able to communicate effectively, concisely and be comfortable challenging business processes.

    Key responsibilities

    • Support – troubleshooting, escalating to Workfront assigned support engineer
    • Comms – updating stakeholders on issues and improvements
    • Training – train group admins of business areas, and adhoc training
    • Configuration – update tool to match business needs
    • Reports – create reports and dashboards for teams
    • WalkMe/In-App Support – develop additional walkthroughs to support use
    • Automation and Integration – Configure integrations to automate processes and connect systems
    • Documentation – Log configuration changes to support team member trouble shooting
    • Admin cleanup – BAU keeping the system tidy
    • Learning and applying a project management approach to the implementation and enhancement of Workfront: arranging meetings, documenting actions, assigning owners and deadlines accordingly
    • Working as a professional across and within teams and countries, promoting best practice to all levels of the organization as required, supporting Marketing’s and Sage’s goals
    • Support Adobe DAM configuration, particularly where it overlaps with Adobe Workfront

    Entry requirements

    A 2:1 or above degree in Marketing, Operations Management, or Systems, or an alternative degree with a demonstrated knowledge of the above.
