As part of our 2024 Graduate programme, we’re looking for Product Managers to join our team on a two-year scheme.
In this role, you will be an essential part of our dynamic product management team, contributing to the development, launch, and ongoing enhancement of our innovative products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure our products meet customer needs, deliver exceptional value, and achieve business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, while shaping the future of our products.
You’ll also be involved in
- Assisting in developing comprehensive product roadmaps that align with long-term business goals and market needs.
- Engaging in thorough market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX/UI design, and marketing, to define clear product specifications and timelines.
- Participating actively in all phases of the Agile development process, from planning to retrospective.

What are we looking for?
As this is a Graduate scheme, you’ll be educated to degree level, ideally in a related field, although we’re open to consider any degree discipline for the right person.
You’ll be provided with training and support throughout your career with us, so whilst the following criteria will help you thrive in role, they are not all absolute essentials.
- A keen interest in technology and a passion for understanding user-centric product design.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically about complex problems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively.
- Curiosity about emerging trends and their impact on the product landscape
- A desire for continuous improvement and learning
This role is based from our Newcastle office with Hybrid working available.
