To provide timely and accurate administrative support to the marketing team and assist with the management of selected products, regions or programs in order to ensure maximum efficiency and achieve overall team objectives.
Key accountabilities
- Prioritise and manage marketing support tasks to ensure robust assistance for the Global Library Marketing team.
- Assist the Library Marketing team in achieving business goals for digital products, sales territories and Marketing programs.
- Monitor Library Marketing inbox and ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
- Establish positive relationships with key stakeholders from other departments to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
Skills, qualifications & experience
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.
- Clear and consistent written and verbal communication.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient use of the MS Office suite including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
