This is a hybrid role – three days per week in the Newcastle office.

Key responsibilities
- Streamlining operational processes to boost team efficiency.
- Coordinating various operational aspects to enhance productivity and product delivery.
- Assisting in planning, scheduling and tracking to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of projects, processes and decisions.
- Supporting resource allocation and monitoring to ensure the team has the necessary tools.
- Working with external vendors, suppliers and partners.
- Generating reports and completing data analysis.
About you
You will be a Graduate, although we’re open to different degree disciplines. There are however a few skills and experiences that will help you thrive. We’re looking for the following:

- Strong Communication and writing skills with the ability to present to stakeholders at different levels.
